We have been waiting to hear this since August!! What does it mean, you ask? Well, the US Government has given us the 'green light' to adopt again! We still have some hoops to go through--the certification and authentication process--our completed dossier going to Holt, and finally--our dossier going to China, but this is a HUGE step that's been completed so we'll celebrate with a toast tonight!!
